Here is Rachel's first halloween! She watched her daddy carve a pumpkin and was dressed up as whinnie the poo's honey pot for the church party. I am a ladybug and I'm sure it is obvious that Will is Superman. He grew out his hair and I dyed it black. The church did trick-or-treating in the parking lot and it was fun to take Rachel around and get candy. She wanted to eat the candy with the wrapper on. We didn't actually let her eat any candy but she could taste the tootsie roll through the wrapper. It was fun to dress up but we felt kind of silly when we were around so many adults that didn't dress in costume. Some did though, so we stuck around them. Next year will be more fun because Rachel will be old enough to understand what is going on.
